We made our very first batch of buttermilk pancakes in this cozy cottage the day before we opened, May 4th, 1980. Since then Kerbey Lane Cafe has served enough short stacks to make an 830 mile pancake trail that would stretch from Austin to El Paso. We have expanded our pancake selections to include gingerbread, apple wheat, blueberry, and a daily special.
This location offers patio seating, casual and intimate dining rooms, and a full bar. Happy Hour bar specials are offered Monday through Friday from 4 to 7. Our bar features local beer selections on tap. Our signature cocktails are made with locally produced spirits including Tito’s Handmade Vodka, and Treaty Oak Rum. The Signature Margarita is not to be missed!
